Activities include opening fireside ceremony, ‘Discover Yourself’ workshops daily, guided forest walks, mountaintop movement, sound baths, 10 scrumptious home-cooked meals, morning & afternoon snacks, delicious mountain water/iced or hot tea plus a variety of coffees, waterfall hikes, local excursions, mountaintop spa treatments, artistic/creativity afternoons, quality “me” time, empowerment events, plus plus!
